By accessing or using Fitrah ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Fitrah is a character-based matchmaking platform for Muslims seeking marriage. We provide personality and compatibility assessments, character profile generation, and matching services. The Service is currently in pre-launch phase; features described on the waitlist page represent our development roadmap and may change.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fitrah. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Treat other users with respect and dignity
• Not use the Service for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures
• Not create multiple accounts or impersonate others

5. Survey & Assessment Data

Survey and assessment responses are used to generate your personalized insights and, when the full platform launches, to facilitate compatibility matching. 6. No Guarantees

Fitrah does not guarantee marriage outcomes, compatibility, or the accuracy of any insights or match predictions. Our assessments are tools to support your decision-making, not replacements for personal judgment, family counsel, or istikhara.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on Fitrah is owned by Fitrah and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fitrah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, interactions with other users, or decisions made based on our assessments or matching.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
